     We make use of ERP to manage our whole business processes, because it can help to realize real-time digital control for the productuion, we put the PDM software into use to manage the documents. It is very helpful and efficient for customers' files and our own intellectual property. 

    For some special customer and thir large scale components like some parts for automobile, we apply PPAP, APQP, SPC,MSA,FMEA,CPK to control and enqure the quality We use 8D to analyze the problem occuring in the production. Of course, 6S is very important, it is conducted everyday in our plants, workshops, offfices, and everywhere. Thus, we can improve our efficiency and safety,which will lead to high quality at last.
